Ingredients
- 3/4 CUP Sugar
- 2 TBSP Flour
- 1 TSP Salt
- 1 1/2 CUP Pecan Pieces
- 1 CUP Dark Corn Syrup (Karo)
- 2 Eggs, Beaten
- 1/2 CUP Evaporated Milk
- 1 TSP Vanilla
Put it in a 375° oven for maybe 15-20 minutes.
Keep an eye on it for bubbles cropping up. If you see any, pop them with a fork.
Pull the baked pie crust out, pour the mix in and put it back in for 50 Minutes or until firm. Cool.
